Use the shipping calculator in the checkout section to calculate shipping charges for your order. Alaska & Hawaii packages are always sent USPS. We find the majority of our International orders go Flat Rate Global Priority. If you are ordering fabric only, we find we can generally fit about 7 yards in the Global Priority Flat Rate Envelope. Three Global Priority Flat Rate Boxes are now available.
To Canada & Mexico, the Flat Rate Envelope and small box is $10.95; the regular box $25.95 - approximately 18 yards; and larger box approximately 28 yards - $32.95. Other International countries are $12.95 for the Global Priority Flat Rate envelope and small box; $41.95 for the regular box and $53.95 largest box.
We post the invoice in a separate envelope. If you want GUARANTEED DELIVERY, you will need to request Insurance on your order. When we send International packages, we think about what we are doing rather than just sending it the same way all the time. We will send it, as quickly as possible, at the best price. We are always happy to meet special requests for more immediate delivery and will charge actual fees. Just include your request in your comments. Also NO UPS to Alaska or Hawaii except by special request. And we are happy to take checks by mail.

- For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name.
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, and record session information, such as shopping cart id numbers. Cookies are never used to store credit card numbers. Cookies are stored on the individual users computer, not on the Web server. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please click here--enter your name and e-mail address and click on Unsubscribe.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail by clicking here.
With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies (SSL) when transferring and receiving credit card data exchanged with our site, We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Credit card numbers are handled using extremely high security encryption technology on the server.

We are concerned about your privacy and will do all in our power to protect it. - Returns & Replacements
- Although we want you to be happy with our service, in general, we cannot take returns on cut fabric. If for some reason we do take it back, there will be a re-stocking fee of 15%, so please, do not return anything without first corresponding with us. If there is some problem with a kit, we will replace yours with a new one, providing you pay for the additional shipping fees.
Class fees are to be paid in advance. Cancellations will only be accepted up to two weeks prior to the date of the class, and we will refund your fee less 10%. Unless it is a total emergency, no refunds will be given if you do not attend the class, or cancel less than two weeks prior to the date of the class. - Ordering Wholesale
